Playtime with Sullivan

When we first brought Nolan home from the hospital, we were a little worried about how Sullivan would react to him. Sullivan was our first child and we didn't want him to be jealous of his new little brother, so we did our best to introduce them to one another slowly and to set aside special Sullivan time so that he wouldn't be upset. Because of this, Sullivan has always been gentle around Nolan, almost to the point of ignoring him.

Now, however, since Nolan is spending more time on the ground playing and is starting to scoot & crawl, I don't think Sullivan can ignore him much longer. Plus, Nolan is going to be Sullivan's best friend as soon as Nolan starts eating solid food and feeding it so Sullivan. Here are some cute shots of my boys playing together.

I think Nolan is trying to copy Sullivan's pose...
Nolan's current favorite toy - yarn covered blocks with bells inside of them. Made by Shermer (along with the quilt he's playing on!)

My favorite picture of the week...
