Throughout my life, I have been blessed with a great many wonderful people who have loved me and helped raise me to be the woman I am today. There is one person in particular, who had a great deal of influence in my life - Mrs. Sherman (or "Shermer" as we call her)! Shermer was a part of the everyday Krautmann household, helping mom out with raising 5 wild and active kids. She is an inspiration to me as a mother and I am lucky to consider her a grandmother to me...if only I could clone her so that I could have someone as wonderful help me raise Nolan!
Anyways, I could write for days & days about the fond memories from my childhood that include Shermer. She told amazing stories, kissed our boo-boos, fought off monsters that lurked in the shadows and even hunted turtles in the woods with us while growing up...and no one would believe that she did all this in her 80's and 90's. Below is a video of me playing "giddy-up horsey" with Nolan, the same way she used to bounce me on her knees when I was young. I wish the picture was clearer, but I promise you that he's smiling & laughing the whole time...oh, and he's wearing an adorable cowboy outfit (thanks Mike & DJ!)
Thank you Shermer for being such a great influence in my life and for always loving me for me!!!

Ummm... I'm commenting on Jackie's comment. Could I be there for that please? It may give Andrew something to work with when he gets teased for his fire man truck.
