15 months old

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, you've heard this same intro before...WHERE DOES TIME GO!!! Our little dude is 15 months old now and I still am unsure of how each day flies by so quickly. He's growing like a weed (in the 80-90th percentile for all measurements) and continues to develop in other ways as well. He is a constant source of entertainment and we are infinitely awed by how quickly he changes and picks up new things.

His current list of favorite things to do are:
(1) Talk on the phone (and if one's not handy, he'll pretend he's talking on the phone using anything from a toy car to pizza crust).
(2) He loves to talk (which he gets from his daddy...HA!). He says Up, Down, More, All Done, Yeah, No, Hi, Bye (which is more like Buy-ee), Ball, Momma, Daddy
(3) When he sees Sullivan (or any other animal for that matter) he barks. Unfortunately, his bark sounds more like a quack, but we get the idea:)
(4) He loves to give hugs and kisses. He is an open-mouth kisser which horrifies people other than family, but I think it's pretty cute. He really enjoys giving other little kids hugs, but sometimes gets too over-zealous and ends up knocking them over!
(5) He enjoys reading books and like to "read" them out loud to us. He's pretty convinced that he is actually reading to us, but it's really just a bunch of babble and pointing at pictures
(6) He waves hello and good-bye, but my favorite is that he blows kisses...really melts my heart!
(7) He's obsessed with balls and thinks that anything that is somewhat sphere shaped is a ball. As an example, at the cabin last weekend he was throwing apples around the yard thinking that they would bounce like a tennis ball!
(8) He loves shoes and isn't particular to his, mine or daddy's. Any shoe will do!
(9) He loves to ride around on his Winnie the Pooh wagon and his Firetruck
(10) He pushes his Tonka Dump truck all over the house and surprisingly can maneuver it rather well.
