One Day at a Time

Well, it's no surprise to anyone that I've been overwhelmed in the last few months. It seems as if ever since April, when I hurt my hand, I've been playing a big game of catch-up. Add to that a busy toddler and crazy work schedule and that leads us to where we are today -- 3+ months since I've posted anything to the blog.

Today, however, that ends. I am committing to updating the blog weekly. That's a big commitment, but one that I desperately need to achieve since I get near-weekly requests (that border on threats) from family and friends for pictures and updates on Nolan. So with that I am also posting my "catch-up" plan. For the next couple of weeks each new entry will also be accompanied by a past-due update...i.e. today I'll post pics from our recent trip to Seattle as well as pictures from about 3 months ago. In no time at all, the blog should be completely up-to-date and no longer an overwhelming task. So, read the next couple of entries...they are new and old and should fill you in on our lives over this past summer.
